Since 2013, leads Neuremotion, a knowledge expansion project in neuroscience neuromarketing, storytelling and behavioral analysis at the digital environment, providing lectures, courses and in-company training sessions. Neuremotion joins strong new technologies' knowledge and life digitalism with its implications in consumer behavior, psychology and sociology.

Between 2008 and 2013, was responsible for Club Penguin virtual world for Latin America, managing development and customer support teams in Brazil and Argentina, including operation P&L, brand management, marketing strategies, pricing, distribution and customer support.
From 2011, assumed the overall responsibility for Disney Interactive Brasil operation, including Interactive Media (owned and social media) and Interactive Games (Mobile, Social and video games).
